HIGHLIGHT INGREDIENT
HYADISINE® is an active eco-certified marine-based ingredient that retains water to smooth the skin, moisturize, reduce wrinkles, and fine lines. It provides an immediate and long-lasting moisturizing effect to the skin in the same way Hyaluronic acid does, which is naturally produced in the body. It contains twice the levels of water retention than Hyaluronic Acid.
The bacterium producing hydasine was collected in an intertidal bay called Douarnenez which is located in Brittany, France. Organisms that inhabit that bay are highly dynamic due to the exposition to harsh factors such as wave action, thermal and desiccation stress, UV exposure and nutrient depletion. Essentially, hydasine is a marine alternative to hyaluronic acid.
